Please note it is important to take into account that it may take longer to receive your order due to circumstances outside our control, such as natural disasters or transport disruptions. If there is a problem with your order inside our control we will contact you. 

We use regular Australia Post bags to send out our online orders. If you need your garment sent express please write in the delivery instructions box or send a follow up email to info@swishfashion.com.au. This would incur an additional charge.

Please note we are not responsible for the loss or damage of your package.

Australia

Free Shipping in Australia on orders over $200

In Australia we provide two types of delivery services: Regular and Express

1. Australian Domestic Orders: Regular (including orders that qualify for free shipping)

• ​Regular post is a flat rate of $10.00 per order.
• Regular orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will leave same day (if possible). (PLEASE NOTE: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as business days). 
• Regular orders placed after 11am AEST mid-week or over a weekend or public holiday, will not be handed to our delivery partner Australia Post until the next business day.
  
• ​​​Regular parcels usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days for metro areas in VIC, NSW, Qld and SA.
• If a garment is sent from a country store, regular post may takes longer, approx. 6 to 12 business days to reach remote or regional areas, WA, NT, Nth Qld and Tas.
  
• Tracking can occasionally take longer to appear on Australia Posts internal systems. If this is your case, we advise you not to panic, the package might just have missed getting scanned by Australia Post. 9 out of 10 times the delivery turns up.

2. Australian Domestic Orders: Express

• Swish Fashion can send orders Express Post. This is charged at a flat fee of $16.00. Orders over $200 that have free shipping but requiring EXPRESS will still be charged at this rate for this service. 
• Express orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday will leave same day. (PLEASE NOTE: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as business days).
• ​Express orders placed after 1pm mid-week or over a weekend or public holiday will not be handed to our delivery partner Australia Post until the next business day.
• ​Express parcels usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days for metro areas in VIC, NSW, Qld and SA.
• If a garment is sent from a country store, regional express usually takes longer, approx 4 business days to reach many remote or regional areas including WA, NT, Nth Qld and Tasmania.
• Express orders are always given priority by our retail boutiques and as a small business we pride ourselves on our customer service experience.
• Suggested shipping times act only as a guide and can vary depending on location circumstances, how busy a store is, how close they are to a post office or yellow express box and delays can occur, particularly during peak periods or at sale times.
• Tracking can occasionally take longer to appear on Australia Posts internal systems. If this is your case, we advise you not to panic, the package might just have missed getting scanned by Australia Post. 9 out of 10 times the delivery turns up.

Australian orders over $200 are delivered free of charge. Orders under $200 are charged a flat fee of $10.00.

To New Zealand

For all New Zealand orders a flat rate of $25 AUD will occur. 

CUSTOMS TAX

Note: Please ensure that you are aware of all duties and customs charges before placing your order. 

Like most countries, New Zealand has a host of fees, taxes and duties for imports.
Although in most cases you're not likely to be charged, rates do depend upon the size of the shipment and the nature of the goods arriving on Kiwi shores, i.e. all orders worth over $60NZD will incur a fee.

You will not be charged Australian tax or GST on your order.

For all international orders a flat rate of $45 AUD will occur.
