To be able to have your parcel dropped off at a special place at your home or to arrange special delivery instructions you will need to set up a Aust Post Safe Drop by opening an account. 

To organise a Safe Drop delivery all you need to do is click on the Aust Post link below, set up an account by selecting “Don’t have an Account?” “Sign up for My Post” and set your preferences with Aust Post. 

N.B. This preference will be for all parcels, not only parcels from Swish but for any companies that you may purchase Online from in the future.

We usually send a tracking number on your order. Please look this via the Australia Post http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html. This is for Australian Orders only. If you are an international customer, please contact 02 8338 1888.

Tracking can occasionally take longer to appear on Australia Posts internal systems. Do not panic, the package might just have missed getting scanned by Australia Post. 9 out of 10 times the delivery turns up.

We do send multiple packages for one order. We send our orders from our stores, which means sometimes they come in separate packages.

Delivery can take 2-6 working days, depending on the option you've chosen.
Regular Post : 4 to 8 days
Express Post : 2 to 4 days

To know your order has been successful or not you should receive an order invoice usually starting with an N. If you haven’t seen either your order has not gone through. Please contact info@swishfashion.com.au to confirm if you are still unsure.

No, all purchase need to be made on the spot with PayPal, Credit Card and Debit Card. However, in our stores we do have a layby policy. Please check in store.

To create an account simply:
Click on My Account at the top right hand corner > Register
Fill out your details
Press “Register and Continue”
And you should receive an email confirming your account.
